How we process and protect personal data at Restaurante Gulliver.

Data controller: RESTAURANTES GULLIVER SL (CIF B13961982), Avda. Menéndez Pidal, 10, 46009 Valencia (Spain). Privacy contact: info (at) grupogulliver.com. We process contact/identification data, purchase and billing data, voucher data, technical data and communications to manage requests, orders and customer service. Recruitment: we process identification and contact data and CVs submitted via the 'Work with us' form for the purpose of managing applications and recruitment processes. Legal basis: data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Candidate data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months from receipt, unless the candidate requests erasure beforehand. Legal basis: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and consent for non-essential cookies and marketing. Gulliver Experiences purchased via WooCommerce are digital vouchers. The voucher is a payment method and not a table booking. Payments are handled by third-party providers (Redsys / Stripe / PayPal). Full card details are not stored on our servers. Data retention follows legal fiscal/accounting requirements and service/claims handling periods. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and consent withdrawal.
