Online purchase terms for Gulliver Experiences (digital vouchers).

Seller: RESTAURANTES GULLIVER SL (CIF B13961982). Contact: info (at) grupogulliver.com. Online purchase issues a digital voucher with a validity date. The voucher is a payment method for the experience and does not constitute a reservation. Prices are shown in EUR and taxes apply according to regulation. Delivery: voucher sent by email after payment confirmation. Use: unique code/QR, valid until expiry date under listed conditions. Refunds/withdrawal are governed by the dedicated refund policy. Fraud-prevention verifications may be applied when needed. Applicable law: Spain. Jurisdiction: Valencia courts.
