Refunds and returns policy

Withdrawal, return and refund conditions for Gulliver Experiences.

Controller/seller: RESTAURANTES GULLIVER SL. Contact: info (at) grupogulliver.com. Gulliver Experience is a digital voucher with expiry date and is not a reservation. Consumer withdrawal right: 14 calendar days from purchase, only if voucher has not been redeemed and can be cancelled. No refund (unless legal obligation): redeemed voucher, expired voucher, or fraudulent/abusive use. Cancelling a reservation does not automatically cancel a valid unused voucher. If email delivery fails, contact support with order number for resend/review. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within legal deadlines.
